Who am I

Originally graduating with a Master’s in Applied Psychology from Middlesex University, my journey began with a passion for understanding the human mind and behavior. I also hold a Bachelor of Science in Biology, which laid the foundation for my curiosity about the connection between the body and mind.

My career has been deeply rooted in personal development and healing. Over the years, I have worked as a Psychosomatic Psychologist, Trauma Expert, and Breathwork and Family Constellation Facilitator, integrating holistic approaches to help individuals and groups reconnect with themselves. For nearly two decades, I’ve guided people through inner child work, active meditations, and somatic and body based practices, helping them navigate and release the burdens of unresolved trauma.

My journey into body-oriented trauma therapy began with my own search for healing. After years of struggling with chronic pain and emotional overwhelm, I discovered the transformative power of MindBody Based therapies. By focusing on what was stored in my body, I regained clarity, vitality, and a sense of balance that had eluded me for years. This experience reshaped my approach to counseling and inspired me to dedicate my life to supporting others on their path to healing.

Since then, I have trained in various mindbody based - somatic and spiritual practices, merging evidence-based techniques with mindbody-centered methods. My mission is to help people embrace their self worth, release personal blockages, and rediscover their inner strength and truth.

In addition to my one-on-one work, I lead corporate workshops and facilitate group programs, bringing awareness and resilience practices into organizations. I am passionate about empowering people to access their full potential—mentally, emotionally, and physically and spiritually—so they can live with greater ease and contenment.
